How We Ship

We ship everything via UPS. Please use the table below for Shipping Rates

Shipping Times

Most orders will ship within 48 to 72 hours, Monday thru Friday, unless you have requested any alterations to your purchase, such as sizing. We will notify you when your purchase is shipped, or if, in the unlikely, event that your purchase is back ordered.

Once your item(s) has shipped, you should receive it within one or two days depending on the type of service you have selected.

Track Your Package

Once your item(s) has shipped, you will be able to track your package with the UPS Shipping Number.  We will e-mail you the package number and link to track it once your package is shipped.

Shipping to Alternate Addresses

If for any reason, you may not be home to sign for your package, you may request for us to ship to another address. As a security measure to protect you against fraudulent charges, we will confirm that your credit card has this alternate shipping address on file. To expedite your order, all you need to do is to call your issuing bank and provide them with the alternative shipping address.

Please NOTE: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. We must have a complete street address.

Shipping to APO & FPO Addresses

All merchandise being shipped to APO and FPO addresses will be shipped via the US Postal System via Priority Mail. All these shipments must be processed through the military postal service, and, so, will require more time. Priority mail will arrive at the APO/FPO processing center, on average, in three days. However, from that point, your package will be handled by the military postal service. We cannot provide a tracking number or specific delivery date. Where possible, we would encourage you to take advantage of the FREE shipping option, particularly, if you are trying to ship a gift for an anniversary, birthday, or other special occasion.

All of your DiamondJourney.com purchases will be shipped in tasteful and distinctive packaging.
